Nourished Essentials started in 2015 with a focus on food fermentation and gut health, developing and offering their lids and mason jars, that not only ferment food, but also work for vacuum sealing, storage, cold brew coffee, and fruit infusion; and they have been empowering people to heal and grow through better lifestyle nutrition ever since.
